Senior Sales and Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
• Providing sales and marketing leadership to enhance the ability to win work.
• Identifying market and charter opportunities for vessels operating in the Oil and Gas sector of the North Sea.
• Developing Pursuit Planning strategies for Oil and Gas markets to position us as the choice of Supplier.

The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education, relevant industry experience, and a strong understanding of the offshore, offshore energy markets and/or shipping industry.
