Event Marketing Strategist

Pivotal seeks an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of key annual conferences. As an Event Producer, you will take full ownership of conceptualizing, strategizing, and delivering these events. This role requires strong content creation skills, relationship-building abilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
About the Role
• This position involves generating rich and topical content, building relationships with senior-level executives, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality content production.
• Must have skills in writing business content, experimenting with disruptive ideas, having discussions with CXO-level executives, marketing events via various platforms, and working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and ppt).
• Good to have: knowledge of the IT sector, awareness of technological trends, marketing automation experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with the team to develop engaging content, leveraging best-in-class storytellers for each conversation.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
• Coordinate speaker outreach, research, and management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events.
Requirements
• Graduate degree and 8-10 years of experience in industry.
• Proven track record in organizing B2B industry events.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
