Essential skills include Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus), JavaScript (Node.js), Azure Cloud Computing, and APIs. Non-essential but helpful skills include React, Dojo, PostgresSQL or equivalent application database experience, messaging queues, and modern development tools and pipelines.
