Location: Remote + In-Person Business Visits (USA)
Compensation: Commission Based

What You’ll Do:

✅ Cold Calling & Social Selling – Connect with business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest, and set meetings.
✅ Door-to-Door Business Visits – Meet prospects in person, visit local businesses to build relationships and close deals.
✅ Set Appointments & Close Deals – Present our remote staffing solutions to decision-makers. Schedule meetings and sell our top-tier remote staffing solutions.
✅ Earn Recurring Commissions – Get paid for every deal, not just once, but every month your clients stay with us!

Charismatic Communicator – Outgoing, persuasive, and confident communicator. You know how to engage people and build trust fast.
Fearless Closer – Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and in-person visits. You’re comfortable doing outreach, handling objections, and sealing the deal.
Self-Starter – Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to hustle. You take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Local & Mobile – Strong social media skills for networking & outreach. Willing to visit businesses / prospects to build in-person connections.
