The role of Senior Developer Lead is a critical position within our engineering team at Thndr. You will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our backend development team, making technical decisions, designing architecture, and ensuring high-quality code.

Requirements
Typically, a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years of experience in backend development, is required.
