Key Responsibilities
RN Level 1:

Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with best practice guidelines
Providing mentorship and support to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes
RN Level 2:

Leading by example and demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care
Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Mentoring junior staff to enhance their professional development
