Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OpenAI and the training of models, contributing significantly to the development and refinement of our Large Language Model (LLM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Large Language Model Development:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Large Language Model (LLM).
- Lead efforts in data collection and preprocessing for LLM development.
- Identify, gather, and preprocess diverse datasets to train and refine our LLM.
- Machine Learning and Cloud Integration:
- Utilize cloud services (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data processing, storage, and security.
- Collaborate with the AI team to implement and test new features and algorithms.
- Model Performance and Research:
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of model performance and accuracy.
- Participate in research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and expertise in data preprocessing and collection techniques.
- Familiarity with language models and generative AI is highly desirable.
