Fashion Designer

At Dida Sports, we are passionate about creating cutting-edge sportswear that combines functionality, comfort, and style. We are looking for a talented Designer with expertise in garment-based designing to join our team and contribute to our innovative product line.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create sample development that reflects the latest trends in sportswear.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless sample execution.
• Develop visually appealing graphics and prints tailored for sportswear collections.
• Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative design techniques.
• Use CorelDRAW and similar design software to craft detailed artwork and design concepts for garments.
• Prepare comprehensive tech packs, including detailed specifications, fabric requirements, stitching patterns, and size charts.
• Ensure accurate documentation to aid production teams in manufacturing.
• Stay abreast of market trends, color palettes, and emerging styles in the sportswear industry.
• Translate research into innovative designs that meet consumer demands.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic and garment design, preferably in sportswear manufacturing.
• Proficiency in design tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and functionality in activewear.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
