The Opportunity
In this role, you will complete preventative & reactive maintenance across a cluster of Goodstart Early Learning sites.

You will report to the National Technical Team Manager and work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships.

As an experienced HVAC Technician, you will work autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Taking full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services
Responding to reactive HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner
Working without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues
Preventing critical breakdown issues
Being an effective communicator and developing strong partnerships with all key stakeholders
Participating in an on-call roster
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential
Refrigerant handling license - essential
Valid Driver's Licence
Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-1+ vaccine
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
