About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and visionary Accessory Designer to join our growing team in Gurgaon, India. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of House of Vian by developing innovative and trend-forward footwear and handbag collections, while exploring the potential for a new product category.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop 4 seasonal collections per year, aligned with current fashion trends and the House of Vian aesthetic.
• Conduct thorough trend research and analysis to inform design concepts and identify opportunities for a new product category.
• Sketch and render exceptional design ideas using traditional and digital tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
• Work on product development and sampling to ensure the ideas are put to life.
• Demonstrate expertise in surface embellishment techniques (e.g., beading, embroidery) and translate them into unique design elements.
• Source and research materials for new designs.
• Assist with creating mood boards and presentations to showcase design concepts.
• Contribute to the exploration and development of a new product category for House of Vian.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessory Design or a related field from a reputed fashion college.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as an Accessory Designer or similar role in the fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and creative concepts - Please share your behance link when applying.
• Sketching and rendering skills.
• Ability to translate trends into commercially viable and exciting designs.
• Communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion.
