The Service Technician role involves generating billable labor at a level determined by service management. Key responsibilities include producing high-quality workmanship, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to standard operating procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to maintain an acceptable level of self-study training as determined by management. Additionally, you must flag flat rates accurately and arrive at work, take breaks, and depart at designated times. Furthermore, you should inform management of any situation or event that may interfere with established objectives, standards, or company policy.
