Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Engineer to lead our dynamic team in software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software components on the product and application.

Key Responsibilities

Coding in Java on Backend, utilizing React on the Front-end, and leveraging Java Spring as the Framework
Experience with SQL is necessary, while AWS and SaaS experience is a bonus
Leading and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality submissions and bug fixes
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Qualifications

Commercial experience with Java, React, Java Spring, and SQL; at least 7 years' worth
Proven team leading/mentoring experience, ideally 2 years or more
Strong communication skills and the ability to commute to Canberra, ACT
