Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeping Manager will lead a team on the Gold Coast, responsible for delivering high-quality housekeeping services to guests. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a passion for excellence, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Set key tasks and brief the team for the day
Work with hotel leadership on short-term and long-term quality metrics
Ensure timely delivery of rooms for guest arrival
Manage administration related to Health and Safety, billing, and rostering
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe workplace
