Great opportunity for an experienced Chef to join an exciting kitchen team at Clarendon Tavern, NSW- It is a family owned pub located on Hawkesbury Valley Way between Windsor and Richmond. Our bistro offers quality food at great value prices. For families with children, we have a courtyard with kids playground and arcade.

Key Requirements we are looking for the position are:
Train junior kitchen staff
Hard working and organized, team player with positive attitude
Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
Overseeing all kitchen operations in the absence of the chefs.
Coordinating kitchen attendants, and assisting them as required.
Training staff to prepare for the shift and cook all the menu items.
Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
Qualifications required - Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications

Permanent full time role with a starting salary of $73150 (plus super).
