A competitive remuneration package from $73,150 to $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.

Job Description

We are seeking talented and passionate Chefs / Cooks to join our team in managing daily food preparation, leading staff, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards, company policies, and procedures. This is a hands-on role involving kitchen operations management, overseeing food preparation, and implementing temperature and hygiene control.

Responsibilities

Manage kitchen operations and implement HACCP compliance
Ensure proper food handling procedures and maintain temperature and hygiene control
Quality control of raw and cooked food products
Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Purchase, receive, and store ingredients according to standards
Superv
