The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Kitchen Attendant to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment
Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen
Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing
Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes

What we need from you:

Passion for delivering great service
Previous experience as a Kitchen Attendant in a busy kitchen environment
Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
Open availability - this role has the ability to work up to full time hours so we need someone who
