Cloud First Systems Engineer

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the W11 upgrade project, ensuring all staff transition by client deadline
• Manage devices and configurations using Intune and SCCM
• Deploy software applications efficiently through Intune and SCCM
• Troubleshoot common issues related to device compliance and application deployment failures
• Provide mentorship and share expertise with the client's existing IT staff, elevating their skillsets

Requirements:
• Exceptional expertise in Intune and SCCM, with a strong background in device and configuration management
• M365 knowledge of Azure highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in software deployment and resolving deployment-related issues
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide effective solutions
• Strong leadership skills, with a capability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Previous experience in leading upgrade projects or similar IT initiatives
