Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. This includes:

Supporting Data Analytic Platforms within contracted time frames and service level agreements.
Providing remote assistance over the phone and ad-hoc onsite visits when required.
Participating in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring its accuracy.
Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers and meet their service level agreements.
Proactively managing infrastructure and driving service process improvement.
