Job Description

We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team in the kitchen of Sushi Rakumi Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
Developing new and innovative recipes
Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Collaborating with other members of the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

A right to work in Australia
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references
Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
Be able to work under pressure
Be a team player
Highly organized and efficient
A strong communication skill and attention to detail
Be well presented and punctual
