About the Company & Culture: Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their property maintenance team on a permanent, full-time basis. They have a cohesive and talented team of fantastic people who work really well together to ensure this very large and diverse property is presented and functioning at a high standard at all times.

About the role: This is a varied role where there will be no shortage of tasks to be completed, and whilst some aspects will be seasonally-driven, there is plenty to keep you busy all day long.

Day to day responsibilities:

Building Maintenance
General property maintenance e.g. weed eating and hedge trimming
Running errands as and when required
Start Date: ASAP

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 40 per week from 7:30am – 4:30pm

Location: South Wairarapa. Because of this, you need to have a reliable vehicle and clean drivers' licence to get to and from work. You must have the right to live & work in NZ.

About You: You are a practically minded person who loves working outdoors. The work includes a lot of manual labour so you will be physically fit and able. It is important that you also have:

Initiative and can complete tasks unsupervised
Excellent attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills
Ideally you have experience in plumbing or building
Knowledge of farming water systems
Handy across all trades
