Senior Women's Apparel Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Women's Apparel Designer to join our team at Edward Avila Pigeon. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for leading the design department and creating innovative and fashionable designs for women's apparel and jackets.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design department and oversee the creation of new designs and concepts.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
• Develop and implement design strategies to drive business growth and success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings through research and industry events.
• Requirements:
• 3-7 years of experience in women's apparel and jacket design.
• Bachelor's degree in fashion design or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
