The role is central to maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.Responsibilities:• Manage month-end close procedures, providing timely and accurate financial reports• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software Systems for financial analysis and reporting, ensuring data integrity• Handle cash management and maintain a comprehensive record of fixed assets• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies• Oversee billing functions, ensuring accuracy and promptness• Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) and ADP - Financial Services for streamlining accounting functions• Provide management with regular updates and important financial insights• Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment
