Job Title: Senior Web Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong expertise in HTML and web development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development, creating high-quality, responsive websites, and the ability to lead front-end development initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the front-end development team and oversee the creation of responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with design and back-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web performance, functionality, and security.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer with deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to lead and mentor a front-end development team, while also working independently.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:
• Experience with server-side technologies and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
