Qualifications

Responsibilities
Other duties must be performed as assigned or required
Performs legal research and prepares cases for trial or non-trial disposition as deemed appropriate
Prepares, drafts, reviews, revises and approves search warrants, arrest warrants, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Works with law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations to guide and assist the on-going investigation
Prepares and presents witnesses and evidence to a county wide Grand Jury
Evaluates criminal cases for appropriate disposition and provides guidance to subordinate attorneys in the office
Prepares and presents misdemeanor and felony cases for jury trial
Mentors, advises, and assists subordinate attorneys as neede
