Admission to Colorado or willingness to take the Colorado Bar is required

Corporate & Finance Attorney – Denver

Our client is a boutique law firm located in the great Denver, Colorado area and they are searching for a Commercial Financial Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required, including handling commercial & corporate transactions, construction contracts, debt financing, lending transactions, corporate and partnership tax issues, etc. A portable book of business is a plus but not necessary. Admission to Colorado or willingness to take the Colorado Bar is required.
