SUPPORTING THE ASSISTANT NURSING DIRECTOR IE-MR CLINICAL LEAD AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS WITHIN THE ROSTER COORDINATION TEAM

Supporting recruitment processes including onboarding and offboarding during facility ieMR 'Go Live' periods
">
Collaborating with the interprofessional team to identify opportunities to improve resource use and implement changes

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess advanced knowledge and application of contemporary nursing practice and theory in relation to workforce management. A proven track record of supporting senior leadership teams and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making would be highly regarded.
