Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role candidate is expected to work in shifts working from office in Banglore . Ideal candidate should be Proficient in English communication. Desired Candidate Profile and Experience: • Freshers or experienced resources in Voice. • Anyone who is having good English communication skills will be considered. • Experience in handling email grievances/queries would be an advantage.
