As an International BPO Executive at Concentrx, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve giving detailed information about our products, services, and special offers, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and efficiently resolving customer queries.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide comprehensive information about products, services, and special offers for Concentrx.

Requirements:
• 12th Pass and above qualification is required for the International BPO Executive position at Concentrx.
• 6 - 12 months of experience in customer support or telecalling with a proven track record at Concentrx.
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with international customers.
