Job Title: MYP & DP Teacher

Location: Gurugram

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced MYP & DP Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programmer (MYP) and Diploma Programmer (DP) curricula and committed to fostering an engaging and challenging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with MYP and DP curriculum frameworks.
• Utilize inquiry-based teaching methods to encourage critical thinking and student engagement.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and curriculum alignment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and the school community.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Specify Subject Area .
• IB MYP and/or DP certification preferred.
• Minimum of X years teaching experience in an IB school setting.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment strategies.
• Familiarity with IB learner profile and global education principles.
• Passionate about student-centered and experiential learning.
