The Assistant Technical Designer is responsible for supporting the design process, including:
Assisting in all phases of design development, from concept creation to final product approval
Maintaining accurate records of design cycles, revisions, and production timelines
Communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of designs
Participating in fit sessions to ensure garments meet Alphalete's premium standards for quality, fit, and functionality
