Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customising, and implementing solutions across Dynamics 365 (CE, Sales, Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering business-critical applications and process automation solutions while working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Build model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps to address business needs.
• Create and manage automated workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations in Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
