Job Title: Marketing Head – Industrial Products (Welding Related Products)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the marketing and sales of industrial products, focusing on welding-related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, establishing a strong dealer network, and coordinating with dealers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Establish and manage a dealer network to expand the company's market presence. Coordinate with dealers to ensure consistent sales performance and address their requirements. Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales targets. Travel extensively across India to meet clients and explore business opportunities.

Requirements :
Proven experience in marketing and sales of industrial products, especially welding-related products. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in establishing and managing dealer networks. Ability to travel frequently across India.

Salary Range: 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 per month.
