Position: Customer Sales Advisor, Sky Outbound

Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week with fixed weekly shift patterns.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of the Sky Outbound Sales team, you’ll:
• Engage with Sky’s existing customers, making outbound calls to recommend and sell Sky Protect products.
• Use your sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to match the right products to customer needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, focusing on their interests and ensuring a positive experience.

We offer stable schedules within our 37.5-hour work week.
Schedule:
• Week 1: Mon: 10:00 - 18:30, Tues - Thurs: 0+:30 - 18:30, Fri: 0+:30 - 16:00
• Week 2: Mon: 10:30 - 1+:00, Tues - Thurs: 10:00 - 1+:00, Fri: 0+:30 - 16:00

What We’re Looking For:
• Sales Experience: At least 12 months of consecutive, targeted sales experience (non-retail) within the last 3 years.
• Self-Starter: Able to work independently from home with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong Communicator: You can build rapport easily, listen actively, and demonstrate empathy.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for creating a great customer experience.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively.
