Release Manager

Job Description
• Responsible for facilitating the release management Process for Cloud Infrastructure, focusing on coordinating various aspects of production integrated solutions.
• Experience in Patching Windows server & stake holder Management
• Responsible for ensuring that resources, timelines, and the overall quality of the process are managed and maintained effectively.
• Providing Suggestions and Ideas for further improvements of the processes.
• Quick learner and knowledge of cloud environment will be an advantage.
• ITIL Foundation Certification – Good to have
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner and has a strong ability to clearly document process design elements.
• Minimum 5+ years of Service Management experience – delivery management experience. Significant related experience in IT (IT Service Management experience)
• Good interpersonal skills
