Back-End Developer Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full stack development, focusing on building scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through regular code reviews.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in team management and leadership roles is a plus.
