We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our development team, specializing in Full Stack .NET development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring code quality, resolving architectural challenges, and delivering innovative solutions.
Technology Expertise summary:
• Lead team and conduct code reviews for quality and consistency.
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and Microsoft technologies for system design.
• Resolve architecture issues and optimize performance.
• Proficient in architectural frameworks and tools.
• Experienced in agile development methodology.
• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Work with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server to design, develop, and optimize database solutions (including stored procedures, views, and performance optimization techniques).
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js / Vue3.
• Develop REST APIs and Microservices using .NET technologies.
