IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support:

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve escalated tickets from the help desk team in a timely manner.
• System Administration:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Perform updates, patches, and upgrades to servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory.
• Networking:

- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Assist in configuring and maintaining firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Ensure optimal network performance and security compliance.
• Hardware and Software:

- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage hardware lifecycle.
• Security and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce IT security protocols and best practices.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests.
- Monitor systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Documentation and Training:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
