Key Accounts Specialist

Localites is seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. As a vital part of our team, you will manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth by aligning Localites’ offerings with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and propose tailored solutions using Localites hyperlocal platform.
• Negotiation and Renewal: Handle account renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations to meet revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client success and drive innovation.
• Market Insights: Gather and report insights on local market trends to improve service offerings and strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’ or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success (experience with local businesses is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.
