Government Counselor

About the Opportunity

Job Description: The Government Counselor will serve as the primary legal advisor to the City Council, City Manager, and other officials. This role involves identifying potential legal issues and claims, engaging in efforts to resolve conflicts, and preparing and responding to claims against the City.

Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of standard office procedures, practices, and equipment
Ability to handle complex trial and appellate litigation
