Regional Performance Analytics Specialist (Female Candidates Preferred)
We are looking for a skilled
Regional Performance Analytics Specialist
to join our
Global Service Operations
team. This is an exciting opportunity for a female candidate with a passion for data analytics and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Run regional performance meetings and follow up on improvement plans
Collaborate with service management to provide transparency on operational performance
Provide cost analysis and support cost management efforts
Share best practices across regional and global teams
Become an expert in key performance tools and drive their adoption
Simplify dashboards and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or similar
5-7 years of business exposure, with a strong background in data analytics
Experience in the industrial, service, or energy sectors is a plus
Proficiency in data visualization tools (MS PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Competencies:
Self-motivated, with a focus on driving impact
Collaborative and able to work in a matrix organization
Ability to translate technical analysis into business insights
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexible and adaptable to work across different time zones
