We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join a prestigious Big 4 MNC for an exciting remote opportunity working with a USA-based client. If you are passionate about Pega development and ready to work on impactful projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, including case management and BPM solutions.
• Work independently on key projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Solve complex technical issues and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Contribute to Agile development cycles and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Pega applications, with expertise in case management and BPM solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega 8.x.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and messaging systems.
