Job Title: Sr Executive/Asst. Manager

Location: Kandivali - West, Mumbai

Qualifications: Science Graduate or Diploma in Materials Management

Experience: 4-8 years

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in sourcing key starting materials (KSM), intermediates, and specialty chemicals for new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sourcing: Source and develop vendors for intermediate, KSM, and key raw materials for new projects, ensuring quality, delivery lead times, cost, and technical support from suppliers.
• Timely Delivery: Deliver intermediates, KSM, for basic and plant validation batches, repeat campaigns, and side transfer batches for API manufacturing units and R&D.
• Project Tracking: Maintain end-to-end project tracking data sheets for all ongoing projects to achieve filling timelines.
• Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to RM delivery, quality, technical, and regulatory matters.
• Vendor Development: Develop additional vendors for commercial products, focusing on KSM and intermediates.
• Technical Data Submission: Submit and clear technical data packages for intermediates/KSM/KRM from internal cross-functional departments to arrange quantities for plant validation batches.
• Tech Issue Resolution: Discuss technical issues with suppliers and cross-functional departments to resolve specific requirements and technical data for DMF submissions.
• Ordering and Follow-up: Prepare ordering sheets and follow up with vendors daily for timely deliveries.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with process, analytical, CQA, and regulatory departments to resolve ongoing issues.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare MIS reports for development and exhibit quantities for R&D and respective plants.
• Vendor Performance Measurement: Measure vendor performance based on critical parameters such as quality, delivery lead times, cost, and technical support.
