- Measures and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators
- Day to day management and coordination with other stakeholders of the university
- Hires, leads, coaches, supervises and develops staff as required
- Ensures seamless business execution and reinforces positive morale
- Works closely with relevant office managers to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the department are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices
- Recognize great performance and address performance issues

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Masters graduate
- 5+ years of experience in managing Operational teams
- Experience in Academic Operations either in Education or EdTech or Online University
- English at mother tongue level
- Relevant experience within the higher education sector– a big advantage
- Experience working and managing in a global organization – an advantage
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and excel reports – an advantage
