Operate buses safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger inquiries and concerns

Work effectively with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure smooth operations

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

A competitive wage rate progression: $22.23/hour (0-1040 hours); $23.57/hour (1041-2080 hours); $26.07 (2081+ hours)

Working Conditions:

Varied work schedule during Green Bay Metro's hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 5:15 a.m.-6:45 p.m. and Saturdays, 7:15 a.m.-1:45 p.m.

37.5 hours/week, plus additional hours as required
">
Additional hours may be required during the NFL season for Packer game day routes (Monday-Sunday)

Requirements:

Valid CDL license

Ability to pass a background check and physical examination

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
