Job Title: Camera Specialist
Location: Work From Home (Delhi/NCR Only) - Travel Required
Annual CTC: INR 3,60,000 - 6,00,000
Job Prerequisites:
• Must have expertise in both Photo & Video Shoots
• Must have your own camera kit and lenses.
• Must possess essential shooting equipment: Lighting, reflectors, tripod, gimbal, flash, triggers, etc.
• Must have a dedicated space for in-house product shoots and videos. For Large Scale shoots, studio access will be provided.
• Must have proficiency in Photo Editing & Video Editing Softwares (eg., Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Must be able to execute end-to-end shoots, from ideation, storyboarding, staging, lighting set-up, to post-production.
• Must be comfortable with traveling for shoots as needed.
• Must have strong Ideation & Creative skills for shoots.
• Must have an understanding of the Marketing & Advertising Industry.
• Must be updated with latest digital media & technology trends.
• Must have the ability to conduct themselves in front of the camera, if required.
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Camera Specialist to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and adaptability. You'll be responsible for capturing stunning visuals for our diverse clientele, ranging from product shoots to larger-scale productions.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for a variety of clients and projects.
• Conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Expertly handle lighting, composition, and camera settings to achieve desired results.
• Manage all aspects of the shoot, from setup to post-production.
• Develop scripts and storyboards for video projects.
• Edit photos and videos to a high standard, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in photography and videography.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expert knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and composition.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A knack for creativity, improvisation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
