Zee - Event Coordinator - Zee5 (1-3 yrs)

Event Agency Coordination & Execution:

- Brief event agencies on project objectives, ensuring alignment with the event's goals.

- Oversee creative execution, ensuring designs for backdrops, stages, and branding meet expectations.

- Conduct regular checks to ensure high-quality delivery from agencies.

Venue, Hotel, and Travel Management:

- Research and secure venues that fit event requirements and budget.

- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for speakers, VIPs, and guests, ensuring efficient logistics.

- Coordinate PR interviews, media screenings, and other special sessions, managing the full schedule.

Logistics Coordination & Backdrop Management:

- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the event's visuals and designs reflect the brand and event theme.

- Manage logistical elements such as registration, seating, catering, and AV setups.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services like decor, catering, and technical support.

Vendor Registration & Payments:

- Identify, onboard, and manage event vendors for various services.

- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and resolve any discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and deliverables.

Collaboration with Commercial Team:

- Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure event objectives align with business goals.

- Assist in securing sponsorships and ensuring their proper exposure during the event.

- Support event promotion across different channels.

End-to-End Event Ownership:

- Own the event from planning through execution, managing all aspects for successful delivery.

- Ensuring smooth operations on the event day.

- Conduct post-event reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
