Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Blockchain & Web3)
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in blockchain technology and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development and managerial responsibilities. This role involves leading complex projects, driving technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of blockchain and Web3 solutions while managing end-to-end application development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Design, implement, and oversee blockchain-based solutions, including smart contract development and integration.
• Collaborate with teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using DevOps methodologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring project milestones are met with high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Manage code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in blockchain, Web3, and full-stack development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong backend development expertise using Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, including hands-on experience with platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
• Expertise in smart contract development and deployment.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices in blockchain and web development.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
