Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Email Marketing Specialist at AsteroBuilder. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for marketing analytics, communication, lead generation, marketing automation, and utilizing email marketing software to drive engagement and conversions. Daily tasks may include creating and optimizing email campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance email marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications
• Marketing Analytics and Communication skills
• Design and implement email templates that align with our brand identity
• Lead Generation and Marketing Automation expertise
• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights
• Build and manage segmented email lists for targeted campaigns.
• Support A/B testing strategies to improve email performance.
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
