This Opportunity:

This team lead position will be responsible for the application operations and maintenance activities, including user access management, reporting, monitoring & support. The person in this role will also maintain, configure, and support integrations between manufacturing, physical security, facilities systems, and other Biopharma systems.
Responsibilities:
">
• Lead a team of software engineers in developing, deploying, and maintaining software applications used in manufacturing sites, physical security systems, and facilities management.
• Maintain, configure, and support integrations between manufacturing, physical security, facilities systems, and other Biopharma systems.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Genetec, Hexagon EAM, enLabel, and other Operations and Quality systems.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of DevOps concepts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
