Job Title: Customer Care Executive (International Process)

Location: Work from Home based in Gurgaon (Initial 1-month training at Gurgaon Or Mumbai Office)

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via call

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers

- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and power backup

- Residence within the transport boundary of Teleperformance Gurgaon office

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- 0-2 years of experience in customer service (international experience preferred)

Shift:

Rotational Shift including night shift with 2 rotational week offs.

In 24x7 any + hours shift would be there including 8 hours of neat production and 1 hour break.

Salary Structure:

Graduate Freshers :

Monthly CTC : 31,836

In Hand : 27,514

Experienced Candidates, both Graduates and Under Graduates (Non BPO background) :

Monthly CTC : 33,+1+

In Hand : 2+,412

Experience Candidates, both Graduates and Under Graduates (BPO background) :

Monthly CTC : 36,001

In Hand : 31,216
